SQLite installation broken

Version affected: + xarigami cumulus 1.2.0

sqlite installation was broken by doing a check on database user name which is not required for sqlite.
Intall reviewed for sqlite and tidied to prevent errors on sqlite 2.

The problem we really have is adodb atm which only supports sqlite2 and not 3.
