The default installation of Registration may allow registration without the Admin's knowledge if registration allowed is set to 'on'.
The option that requires explicit approval can be easily set to off once registraiton is activated due to the way the form is set up. Security can be improved if both registration is set off, and explicit approval require set on by default (thanks to Steve for reporting this). |

The module variables have been set to Registration OFF and Explicit approval ON by default at installation. The user interface has also been update in the admin. |
