Contrails issue tracker is our own in-house project and support issue tracker. It is simple to install, setup and use, and configurable on a per project basis. We are using it here on our xarigami site to monitor development projects. In addition it can be easily configured for a shared or account based help desk support application as used on our 2skies.com site for hosting clients support.

The project itself is still in unstable development but we're hoping you can help us iron out the bugs by using it. Read more about Contrails at the Contrails project page.
