Advanced Password Reset has been reworked for better usability.

The main changes in the Advanced Password Reset are the removal of the intermediary redirect screen. Instead, once the user has entered their credentials they are redirected to a clearly marked password reset page to enter their new password.

The Site Administrator now has a choice of requiring only the reset code as a user credential for allowing access to the password reset screen, or optionally the addition of username and email address.

For theme creators and developers, please note that the following Roles templates have been changed and any corresponding theme override templates should be updated accordingly.

• html/modules/roles/xartemplates/admin-modifyconfig.xd
• html/modules/roles/xartemplates/user-resetrequest.xd
• html/modules/roles/xartemplates/user-user_menu_form.xd

This rework  is also a required step for implementation of a number of other password related additions to Xarigami, coming soon.

The Xarigami fast frame movie on Advanced Password Reset has been updated to reflect the new changes for those that want a quick look at the new process.

The Xarigami development snapshots have been updated with the latest changes.
