Some of the new features of Xarigami introduced over the last month including sprite images, and the new dynamic data 'status' values require explanation and these have now been catered for with the following documents in the Resource Reference section:

• Dynamic Data Property Status values explaining how you can use the new Status values for a dynamic data property
• Image Use in Xarigami Core - Sprites explaining how sprite images are used in Xarigami and how you can add images in your templates using sprites

As well as the above documents, users of the latest Xarigami dev snapshot builds and montone code should be aware that some theme and DD property changes may be required to use sprites and the latest DD input status features, and bring your sites up to date:

• If you have dynamic data properties defined as hidden, you may need to update the status to 'input only' in the DD modify property page depending on your needs
• Some dynamic data properties have changed to cater better for sprite images. These include:
  • the Yahoo, MSNM,IRC, and AIM properties now default to the respective sprite image icon as long as the validation field in these properties is empty. You may need to empty the validation in these fields to show the default image.
  • the URL Icon property defaults to the respective sprite icon if the validation is blank. You may need to ensure the validation is blank in any URL icon properties if you notice the icon is missing. This may be evident in the Roles 'website' field if you have this property defined for your users
• Standard Avatar dynamic data properties should be udpated so that the avatar_type, avatar_select, avatar_upload, avatar_url properties are now 'input only' for status
• Standard showonline dynamic data property in Roles should be updated to 'input only' for status.
