a clean, featureful blogging theme for Xaraya based on copyblogger

details

xblogger is inspired by the well known copyblogger theme by Chris Pearson, originally made for wordpress.

In this case the name is changed to reflect many differences under the skin, specifically configured for Xaraya.

what is included?

• clean user and admin page displays
• custom xaraya administration menu and positioning
• custom article templates for user and admin providing clear article display, and improved useability in article creation
• comment templates with enhanced detail in comment display and input for improved useability
• templated comments with added features for avatars and gravatars (included in Xarigami Comments as an option)
• numbered comments for each article
• trackback integration
• custom colour for blog owner/administration comments to stand out against the others
• option for logged in user custom colour background on their comments
• integration with Xarigami Comment Notifications (thread and replies only)
• support for Xarigami Comment spam control options and add ins
• and all the niceties of course of the original copyblogger theme by Chris Pearson

requirements

Xaraya Core 1.1.x or Xarigami Core (cumulus)

Comments module, although Xarigami Comments is required for full features

current status

Nearing completion. The theme will also be packaged with the Xarigami Blogging Distribution.
